Black Hall Kalbar

Step inside past the large ‘barn doors’ and you’ll enter ‘Black Hall’. A once humble ‘Sunday School’, now transformed into a modern and sophisticated place of celebration. Long, rustic timber tables with oak cross-backed chairs furnish the luxe space which features restored timber floors, panelled walls, a grand stone fireplace and antler chandelier. The perfect mix of country character and simplistic elegance.

With a seating capacity of up to 80, Black Hall is ideal for both cocktail weddings and seated dining and comes with all the mod-cons such as WIFI and blue tooth music & microphone.

Outside, a timber pergola draped in fairylights offers the perfect place for ‘welcome canapes’ beside a large outdoor fireplace. Down the front timber steps of the hall is a spacious lawn area ideal for outdoor ceremonies and pre-dinner lawn games and which adjoins a sheltered rustic bar. The lawn and bar offer alternative options for outdoor receptions.

At the front of Black Barn is White Chapel Kalbar, a modern chapel furnished with vintage chandeliers, classic white bentwood chairs and a magnificent backlit altar. White Chapel offers a picture perfect location for romantic wedding ceremonies and elopements and can be included with hire of Black Hall providing an all-in-one location for your wedding.

White Chapel & Black Hall has its own bus for guest transport, a 1948 Bentley to transport the couple and a luxury Airbnb ‘Herrmann House’ 10 doors down the road which sleeps 2 - 8 guests.
