Celebrant, Actually creates polished, personal wedding ceremonies across Sydney. Daniel brings a calm, genuine approach to ceremonies that feel natural, considered and true to each couple - from thoughtfully written celebrations to simple legal-only weddings.
I’ve been a marriage celebrant since 2019, but public speaking has been part of my life for much longer than that.
Over the years, I became the person friends and family asked to give the speech—at weddings, birthdays and, sometimes, funerals. I discovered how much I enjoyed getting to know people’s stories and finding just the right way to tell them. Becoming a celebrant felt like a natural next step.
As a celebrant, I’m fairly low-key. I’m not there to put on a performance or make myself the centre of your wedding. I want to get to know you, understand what you want from the day, and make sure the ceremony feels like it belongs to you.
THE CEREMONY - $1,075
You receive a ceremony written around the two of you. We’ll spend some time getting to know each other, talk about what you want the ceremony to feel like, and work out what belongs in it - and what doesn’t. From there, I'll write a ceremony specifically for you, help with your vows and the shape of the ceremony, take care of all the required legal paperwork and lodgement, and be there to guide you through the process in the lead-up to the day.
JUST THE LEGALS - $575
For when you want to get married, without the whole ceremony. We'll take care of the required paperwork beforehand, then meet with your two witnesses for a short, simple ceremony containing everything legally required to get you married. No personalised ceremony - just the legal words, your vows, the signing and the two of you officially married. I'll prepare and lodge all the required marriage documents and guide you through what you need to do along the way.
