Cornwallis House is a charming two storey Queenslander style house situated on a quiet country lane amongst a working orange orchard on the banks of the Hawkesbury River. The luxurious holiday home offers a unique waterfront location for private garden weddings.
Venue hire of Cornwallis House gives you complete freedom to plan your wedding just the way you want it. We’re well set up for outdoor country weddings and have furniture and equipment for use onsite. You simply need to BYO your preferred celebrant, caterer, drinks etc, and arrange for the setting up, decorating and styling to create the wedding YOU want.
There's a large downstairs function room (140sqm in size) which seats up to 90 guests for a sit-down reception or 120 for a stand-up cocktail style event, and it also has an indoor dance floor. Or, alternatively you can hire a marquee to set up on the lawns if you think you'll need extra under cover space.
We also offer Cornwallis House for elopements and micro weddings packages on midweek days, or on weekends during the quieter times of the year.
