Foodie del Mar is a full service catering company that specialises in creating interactive foodie experiences. Our live food stations are designed to excite, delight and take customers on a journey of unique flavours, fun and creativity. Our focus is on using healthy, sustainable and fresh ingredients, so we can serve incredible delicious foodie experiences every time.

Our live food station experiences create an engaging, interactive, immersive and memorable experience for guests with unique styling that brings a theme to life. Some of our previous creations include:

- MEX TACO BAR with free flowing flavour packed tacos and chilli con-carne made live by our taco team.
- SPANISH STATION with paella served live in front of guests from the grand pans.
- EXOTIC ORIENTAL ESCAPE with a YumCha bar and towers of bamboo steamers filled with dumplings.
- ITALIANO EXPERIENCE with our Amalfi menu with a range of classic canapé and the iconic Cacio e Pepe cheese wheel as the main showpiece.

Other services we offer:
- Canapés presented by waitstaff roaming across the event space.
- Share Platters presented to the table service with entree, main and dessert.
- Grazing Station with a selection of oceans & earth menu themes
- Drinks Service & Live Cocktail Bar with RSA qualified staff. We can work from an existing bar and also bring in a cocktail bar to suit a theme.
