St Joseph's Guesthouse is a 3 story, 5 bedroom Airbnb style wedding venue built in the ruins of a 160 year old church. The bedrooms are located on the upper 2 levels which also feature several spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas. On the ground floor is a function area that can seat 60 guests or caters to 100 standing.
You can get married on the sandstone front steps underneath the original church bell which still works today. On the other end of the church is a large flat grass area and plunge pool. Relaxed outdoor receptions are ideal here and the space features stunning views across the Hawkesbury Valley.
The owner/builder Steve can be found behind the bar at the Settlers Arms nearby. He'll hook you up with local caterers, other nearby accommodation and his private mini bus man who you can book if needed for your wedding day.

Lords Estate is a private wedding chapel that has recently undergone renovations and reopened again after 41 years. Now modernised with fresh white walls, polished floorboards and state of the art sound and lighting, the chapel and surrounding gardens are available to hire for wedding ceremonies and elopements.
The chapel comes with moveable pews that seat up to 80 guests, and by request, the space can also be used as an utterly unique long table reception venue. The main estate behind the chapel also has authentic drawing room and private dining experience which can be enjoyed as an optional extra for up to 10 guests.

This property can be accessed via a jetty or by road and is convenient to many local reception venues, being just 40 minutes from Sydney's CBD. We recommend investing in a wedding planner or stylist for the hire & set up of your ceremony and champagne with light refreshments afterwards while taking in the world-renowned beauty of Palm Beach. There are bathrooms available to your guests.
